With an API key you create in ChartMogul under View Profile and API Keys. The key is stored encrypted, used only to act on your behalf, and can be revoked from the same page at any time. ChartMogul recommends one key per app, so a dedicated key keeps things tidy.
Can it change our metrics data?
No. Your revenue data (metrics, subscriptions, invoices) is read-only for the agent. The only things it can write are CRM annotations: notes, tags, and tasks on customer records, plus customer attribute updates, and every one of those goes through your approval flow first.
Are the numbers it reports accurate?
The agent reads the exact figures ChartMogul reports, in your account currency, and does not recalculate anything. If ChartMogul says June MRR was 48,250, that is the number you get.
Which ChartMogul plan do we need?
