By accessing or using AgentTeams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentTeams is a platform that enables organizations to deploy and manage AI-powered agents that operate as virtual team members. Agents can connect to third-party tools, process information, and perform tasks on behalf of your organization. The Service includes the web application, agent runtime, and all related features and functionality.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use agents to impersonate real individuals or to deceive third parties

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by AgentTeams and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTeams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentTeams operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
