Pipedrive Is Now Live: AI Agents for Your Sales Pipeline

Pipedrive is fully live in AgentTeams. Your AI agents can work the whole pipeline: create and update deals, move stages, reassign owners, log activities and notes, manage contacts and organizations, capture leads, and answer plain-language questions about what is actually in the funnel. And because Pipedrive pushes events to us, agents can react the moment something happens: a new deal, a stage change, a fresh contact, a new activity.

If your revenue team runs on Pipedrive, the full picture of what an agent does on top of it is on the AI agents for Pipedrive page. This article covers what is live, how the connection works, and the setups worth copying.

What is live

  • Deals, end to end. List, search, read, create, update, and delete deals; move stages, change values, mark won or lost, set close dates, and reassign owners, using your real pipelines and stages.
  • Contacts and organizations. Create and update people and companies, search across them, and keep the two linked so a deal always hangs off the right account.
  • Activities, notes, and leads. Schedule calls and meetings, mark them done, log notes where the deal history lives, and capture leads before they are deals.
  • Reactions to pipeline events. Wire an agent to new deals, deal updates, new contacts, or new activities, and it acts the moment the event lands instead of on a schedule.
  • A generic pipedrive_api passthrough for anything we have not wrapped yet (products, custom fields, filters), so an agent is never blocked waiting on us.

Every write goes through your approval flow until the agent has earned trust, and the connection is checked daily so a broken link shows up as disconnected instead of failing silently.

How the connection works

Pipedrive connects with a real sign-in, the same model as HubSpot and Help Scout: open your agent's Tools tab, click Connect on Pipedrive, and sign in to the Pipedrive account the agent should act as. Two things follow from that:

  • Real attribution. Every deal change, note, and activity shows up in Pipedrive's history under the connected account, so your audit trail reads like a team roster, not a mystery bot.
  • Scoped access. The agent sees exactly what that account can see, and nothing more. Many teams give the agent its own Pipedrive seat to keep its activity separate.

Real use cases, copy these

  • Pipeline hygiene before the Monday forecast. The agent sweeps the pipeline Sunday night: stale deals get flagged, missing next activities get scheduled, and stage drift gets corrected. The forecast meeting starts from numbers someone can trust.
  • First touch in minutes, not days. A new contact lands in Pipedrive and the agent reacts: enriches the record, links the organization, drafts the first outreach, and schedules the follow-up activity for the owner.
  • Meetings that end up in the CRM. After a call, tell the agent what happened in Slack: it logs the note on the deal, updates the value or stage, and books the next step. The deal history stays complete without anyone opening Pipedrive.
  • Revenue questions with revenue context. Pair Pipedrive with ChartMogul and the same agent that moves the deal can tell you what the customer behind it is worth.

Common questions

  • Which Pipedrive plan do we need? Any plan. The agent connects through Pipedrive's standard app sign-in, which every plan supports.
  • Will it fight our existing automations? No, they layer. Pipedrive's workflow automations handle the deterministic rules; the agent handles the judgment work (what to write, who to nudge, which deal needs attention).
  • Can it delete things? Deleting a deal is gated like every other write: the action goes through approval before it lands, and everything the agent does is attributed and logged.
  • What if the connection breaks? Connections refresh automatically and are checked daily. If Pipedrive revokes access, the tile shows disconnected and reconnecting takes one sign-in.

Where this fits

Pipedrive completes the revenue side of the catalog alongside HubSpot, Vtiger, and ChartMogul. The same agent that answers your support channel can now keep the pipeline honest and know what every deal is worth.
