HelpWhat each integration does

What each integration does

Every integration in one place: what an employee can do with it, the permissions it asks for, and what it reacts to.

Every integration an employee can work in: what it can do there, the permissions it asks for, and what it reacts to. This page is built from the same lists the setup shows when you connect a tool, so it matches what the product does.

Reactions start work on their own when something happens in a tool; you switch them on per employee on the Tasks page (see Reactions). Without one, an employee works in the tool when you ask, on a schedule, or when another tool’s reaction calls for it. Anything an employee changes or sends is checked first: against your rules, by the Coordinator, and by a person whenever your rules say so (see Approval gates).
